I found the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room disappointing. I had to go to the second floor. the dispensers in the bathroom are also difficult to use, i would have preferred shampoo instead of hair and body wash.

The staff were very helpful and kind. My room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel restaurant boasts a Michelin Star, a testament to its quality.
